Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume light industrial staffing or recruiting
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficient with recruiting tools such as ATS, job boards, and Microsoft Office Suite
