Job Summary
Create and adjust nursing staff schedules based on facility needs while monitoring daily staffing levels to identify coverage gaps. Manage call-offs, schedule changes, and replacement coverage by contacting available staff to fill open shifts. Maintain accurate staffing records and communicate updates promptly with nursing leadership. Respond quickly to last-minute staffing changes to ensure appropriate coverage supporting quality resident care. Assist with tracking employee attendance and availability while building positive relationships with nursing staff and facility leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Active North Carolina CNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous staffing or scheduling experience
- Healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
