Job Summary
Create and adjust nursing staff schedules based on facility needs while monitoring daily staffing levels to identify coverage gaps. Manage call-offs, schedule changes, and replacement coverage by contacting available staff to fill open shifts. Maintain accurate staffing records and communicate updates promptly with nursing leadership to ensure appropriate coverage supporting quality resident care. Respond quickly to last-minute staffing changes and build positive relationships with nursing staff and facility leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Active North Carolina CNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous staffing or scheduling experience
- Healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
