Staffing Scheduler

Create and manage staffing schedules for nursing and caregiving teams, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts. Coordinate shift changes, fill open shifts, and manage requests for time off while communicating updates to staff promptly. Monitor staffing needs, address shortages to maintain compliance with state regulations, and maintain accurate records of hours, overtime, and attendance. Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and resolve gaps.
