Staffing Recruiter

Recruiting role focused on high-volume staffing within a property management staffing division. Responsibilities include creating and executing effective recruiting strategies, posting job descriptions online, building applicant and candidate pipelines, maintaining regular touchpoints with placed consultants, performing phone screens and candidate assessments, recommending candidates to hiring managers, defining necessary applicant experience requirements by studying job descriptions, maintaining positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, and leveraging various recruiting tools and platforms to source candidates (e.g., Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Career Builder, LinkedIn). Requires experience recruiting in high-volume, fast-paced environments and proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Google Voice, and multiple recruitment platforms. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage confidential information and assess talent against qualifications.
