Job Summary
Manage a professional, full cycle recruiting process, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for both candidate and client. Nurture established partnerships with local Human Resource professionals, business owners, and decision makers while sourcing candidates for roles in Administrative Support, Accounting, Legal, Engineering, Manufacturing, and IT. Offer resume reviews, interview coaching, and career advice to create a seamless recruiting experience. Utilize effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates and maintain a busy portfolio of both clients and candidates. This opportunity includes a base salary plus a lucrative monthly bonus plan, with a hybrid work option and flexible paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years` experience in professional candidate recruiting
- Superb customer service, communication and follow-up skills
- Hard working with a strong work ethic
- Ability to manage a busy portfolio of both clients and candidates
- Experience with candidate sourcing techniques and best practices
Desired Qualifications

- Experience placing candidates in direct hire, temporary and/or contract positions
