Job Summary
Staffing Recruiter responsible for advertising, recruiting, screening, onboarding and placement activities in the branch; supports top-line sales, branch operations, client service and business development; conducts interviews, makes hiring decisions, administers pre-employment tests/paperwork, ensures legal/compliance accuracy, performs quality-control calls to clients and associates, makes outbound sales calls to market candidates, maintains regular communication with sales staff, andCounsels/terminates temporary associates when appropriate; requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; works Monday–Friday with possible overtime/weekends; comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities are offered; certified staffing professional training and certification available.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service role preferred.
