Job Summary
Execute recruiting, order fulfillment, and service operations to meet 100% on-time order fulfillment. Interview applicants in a legal, timely manner, administer pre-employment tests, and ensure completion of all paperwork for accuracy and compliance. Make hiring decisions regarding applicants, offer job assignments, and counsel, discipline, or terminate temporary associates as appropriate. Consistently make quality control calls to clients and associates to maintain an open channel for feedback while making outbound sales calls to proactively skill market candidates. Communicate regularly with sales staff concerning order status and client satisfaction. Work Monday through Friday on an 8-hour shift with the ability to work overtime or weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a customer service role preferred
