Job Summary
Execute recruiting, order fulfillment, and service operations to meet 100% on-time order fulfillment. Interview applicants in a legal, timely manner, administer pre-employment tests, and ensure completion of all paperwork for compliance. Make outbound sales calls to skill market candidates and conduct quality control calls to clients and associates. Counsel, discipline, and terminate temporary associates when appropriate, documenting actions per standard operating procedures. Communicate regularly with sales staff regarding order status and client satisfaction while ensuring service operations comply with company policies and government regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work overtime or on weekends, as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service role preferred
