Job Summary
Execute recruiting, order fulfillment, and service operations to meet 100% on-time order fulfillment. Interview applicants legally and timely, administer pre-employment tests, and make hiring decisions regarding job assignments. Administer pre-employment paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance. Make outbound sales calls to proactively skill market candidates and conduct quality control calls to clients and associates. Counsel, discipline, and terminate temporary associates when appropriate, documenting actions per standard operating procedures. Maintain open channels for customer feedback and communicate regularly with sales staff regarding order status and client satisfaction. Work Monday through Friday in an 8-hour shift with potential overtime or weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a customer service role preferred
