Job Summary
Execute recruiting, order fulfillment, and service operations to meet 100% on-time order fulfillment, while interviewing applicants, administering pre-employment tests, and ensuring all paperwork complies with applicable law. Make hiring decisions regarding applicants for employment, offer job assignments to qualified individuals, and counsel, discipline, or terminate temporary associates as appropriate. Proactively skill market candidates to current and prospective customers through outbound sales calls, maintain an open channel for customer feedback, and ensure service operations activities comply with company policies and government regulations. This bilingual role supports top-line sales performance and strategic objectives for Elwood Staffing, a company serving more than 6,000 businesses and 28,000 people daily.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English
- Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work overtime or on weekends, as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service role preferred
