Job Summary
Execute recruiting, order fulfillment, and service operations to meet 100% on-time order fulfillment. Interview applicants in a legal, timely manner, administer pre-employment tests, and make hiring decisions regarding qualified individuals. Administer pre-employment paperwork, conduct quality control calls to clients and associates, and make outbound sales calls to proactively skill market candidates. Counsel, discipline, and terminate temporary associates when appropriate, ensuring all activities comply with company policies and applicable government regulations. Maintain an open channel for customer feedback and communicate regularly with sales staff regarding order status and client satisfaction. This bilingual role supports top-line sales performance and strategic objectives for a company serving over 6,000 businesses.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English
- Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work overtime or on weekends, as needed
