Job Summary
Staffing Pool RN providing leadership to facilitates professional nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching for patients and families; supports patient comfort and well-being, participates in hospital councils and nursing initiatives, and contributes to patient outcomes and the future of nursing. Eligible for a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or enrollment in BSN program with BSN within 5 years of hire
- Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON)
- eNLC license may apply; licensee should confirm with NCBON
- BLS Healthcare Provider certification
