Job Summary
Recruiters will manage client and candidate relationships, drive strategic placements in Manufacturing, Construction, and Industrial sectors, and navigate ATS databases. Candidates must possess one year of recruitment experience, demonstrate highly ethical standards, and exhibit strong communication skills for multi-tasking. The role includes a base salary, high commission, and bonus structure with additional profit sharing and continuing education. This position is based on-site, not remote, and supports long-term growth toward a Management-Level role within a supportive organization.
Required Qualifications
- 1-year of experience within recruitment and ATS database
- Experience in Mid, Senior & C-Level strategic placements
- Must have excellent communication skills with an ability to multi-task
- Excellent Grammar Skills & Microsoft Office knowledge
