Job Summary
Manage and direct home care service delivery by recruiting, onboarding, and retaining qualified staff to care for elderly individuals, those with disabilities, and those with chronic illnesses. Schedule caregivers based on care plans and coordinate resources while liaising between employees, funding agencies, members, and families. Develop recruitment plans, conduct interviews, and process background checks and fingerprints. Participate in community events like job fairs to promote recruitment and build relationships with local sources. This full-time, salaried exempt role in Mesa includes an on-call rotation and Monday to Friday hours. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English
- Knowledge of In-home care
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm
- Must be comfortable with using technology
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to change
- Must be a team player
- Good listening skills
