Staffing Manager

Job Summary
Lead and own internal and external recruiting and staffing efforts for hourly team members, including reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, coordinating pre-employment testing, and hosting on-site hiring events. Identify and maintain staffing pipelines through schools, job boards, employers, and community resources while ensuring recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and local employment requirements. Coordinate New Employee Orientation events, maintain applicant tracking system integrity, and provide timely reports on staffing levels and turnover trends. Partner with HR to investigate workplace complaints and identify process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of recruiting and staffing experience
- At least two years of experience recruiting and staffing hourly employees in a manufacturing or production facility
- Knowledge of current state and federal employment laws
- Ability to communicate and understand instructions in English
- Must be able to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally
- Must be able to ascend and descend building stairways and ramps to perform tasks required in job description
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, organizational development, or a related field
- Bilingual (Spanish or Arabic)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
- Experience using HRIS/ATS systems
- Experience and/or ability to excel in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
