Job Summary
Staffing Coordinator role responsible for managing worker dispatch, onboarding new employees, and branch communications. Key duties include assigning workers to client shifts, onboarding processes, responding to inquiries, screening and hiring qualified candidates, processing I-9 and E-Verify, maintaining active worker databases, handling payroll tasks, client service calls, lead generation, and maintaining documentation across systems. Requires efficient, accurate performance in a fast-paced environment, strong communication, adaptability, multitasking, and commitment to safety trainings and compliance with policies. Benefits include 401(k) and health plans. Located in Buckeye, AZ with in-person duties Monday–Friday 9am–5pm; High school diploma or equivalent and authorization to work in the US are required.
