Job Summary
Staffing Coordinator responsible for preparing monthly nurse and aide schedules for the Health Center, posting schedules at least two weeks in advance, and closely monitoring headcount to meet census and budget requirements. Handles bi-weekly submission of payroll-related documents (PTO, missed punches, lunch breaks, etc.), maintains records of call-offs and no-shows, and prepares Daily Nursing Analysis and staffing calculations for Long Term Care facilities. Assists the ADON and DON with tracking and processing employee-related documentation (evaluations, counseling, etc.).
