Job Summary
Complete and post monthly nursing schedules, coordinating requests for appropriate unit coverage. Answer employee and applicant calls regarding scheduling issues and position availability, preparing written correspondence and facilitating interviews. Consult with client facilities on staffing needs, replace callouts, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Maintain daily tardy and absenteeism calendars, update employee records with certifications, and conduct routine ATS database maintenance. Work with Human Resources and the Director of Nursing Services to schedule modified work duty employees. Perform other related duties as needed to support the agency's growing operations in Western Washington.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 years experience in a Staffing role performing similar work duties
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- Problem solving skills
- Detail oriented
