Job Summary
Recruit new hires, manage relationships with employees and clients, and coordinate work assignments for various medical staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. Learn the needs of healthcare facilities and utilize computer programs for staffing and credentialing. This salaried role requires working from the corporate office in Lafayette, LA, with an after-hours on-call rotation from 5 PM to 8 AM weekdays and alternating weekends. Candidates must be licensed practical nurses with proficiency in computers, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience as a staffer or recruiter is a plus. Nurses Direct supplies quality nursing staff to hospitals, home health, and other healthcare facilities.
