Job Summary
Recruit new hires, manage relationships with employees and clients, and coordinate work assignments for various medical staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. Learn the needs of healthcare facilities and utilize computer programs for staffing and credentialing. This salaried role requires working from the corporate office in Lafayette, LA, and participating in an after-hours on-call rotation from 5 PM to 8 AM on weekdays and alternating weekends. Candidates must be licensed practical nurses with strong communication and multi-tasking abilities. Nurses Direct supplies quality nursing staff to hospitals, home health, and other healthcare facilities.
Required Qualifications
- LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse
- Proficiency with computers
- Excellent communication
- Problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
- Must be able to work from our corporate office
- Must be available for after-hours on-call rotation (weekdays 5 PM–8 AM and alternating weekends)
