Recruit new hires, manage relationships with employees and clients, and coordinate work assignments for various medical staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. This salaried position requires working from the corporate office in Lafayette, LA, alongside an after-hours on-call rotation from 5 PM to 8 AM on weekdays and alternating weekends. Candidates must hold an LPN license and possess strong communication and multi-tasking abilities. Required Qualifications
