Job Summary
Staffing Coordinator responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and supporting client workforce needs. Duties include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates; coordinating background checks, drug testing, and onboarding paperwork; facilitating orientations and training; supporting performance management and coaching; building relationships with associates and clients; assisting with safety audits, incident documentation, and compliance; maintaining accurate employee records; and providing general support to the Branch Manager and office operations.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable attendance
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Driver’s License
- Comfortable walking during facility tours and lifting up to 30 lbs as needed
