Job Summary
Staffing Coordinator to coordinate and maintain nursing department schedules for all shifts in a Skilled Nursing Facility, ensuring appropriate coverage, communicating staffing needs with nursing leadership and agency partners, monitoring staffing levels for regulatory compliance, maintaining attendance and staffing records, assisting with payroll/timekeeping reconciliation, tracking overtime and labor costs, supporting onboarding and scheduling of new hires, and PBJ data reporting as needed. Requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Full-time with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Previous staffing or scheduling experience in a skilled nursing facility, healthcare, or long-term care setting preferred
- Knowledge of nursing schedules and staffing requirements preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and staffing/payroll software systems
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
