Job Summary
Own the daily staffing puzzle by matching caregivers to clients efficiently and compassionately. Serve as the go-to problem solver for call-outs, last-minute changes, and urgent needs while keeping schedules accurate and up to date. Build strong relationships with caregivers and clients to ensure consistency and trust, and support recruitment, onboarding, and caregiver engagement efforts. Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality, dependable care and participate in an on-call rotation with additional pay.
