Staffing Coordinator

Screen, recruit, and interview medical staff while evaluating information to determine compliance with standard organizing and prioritizing work. Conduct face-to-face discussions, telephone conversations, and site visits as required to assess applicant skill levels and investigate character. Provide excellent customer service by consulting clients on employment needs and maintaining cooperative relationships with contractors. Enter, access, and retrieve data to prepare records, evaluate applicant qualifications for placement, and select candidates meeting specific requirements. Maintain cooperative relationships with clients and contractors while ensuring compliance with government regulations. Work Monday through Friday with on-call availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
