Job Summary
Staffing Coordinator at Legends Global for the Franklin, TN location. Responsibilities include reviewing applications and resumes, scheduling interviews with hiring managers or HR, processing new hire paperwork and background checks/drug testing, building relationships with surrounding communities and employment agencies, developing and implementing staffing techniques to improve staff quality and quantity, scheduling training classes and event days, performing reference checks, ensuring compliance with HR policies and Legends Operating Standards, and supporting additional duties as assigned. Key skills include excellent customer service, strong interpersonal and written communication, ability to manage multiple projects, organizational acumen, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
