Job Summary
Coordinate the staffing needs of the facility for a defined resident population and time frame while maintaining accurate records related to nursing department staffing. Create a master schedule and make daily schedules for the nursing units, ensuring adequate staffing according to budgeted hours per patient day and budgeted staffing ratios. Update the schedule daily as needed and coordinate with the HR/Payroll coordinator to ensure appropriate time records are kept. This role operates Monday through Friday with an on-call rotation, including some weekends as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D
- knowledge of staffing and orientation schedules

- able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Current CNA Certification
- Kronos experience
