Job Summary
Staffing Coordinator responsible for creating and maintaining staff schedules, tracking call-outs/tardiness/early arrivals, and coordinating with HR on FMLA/leaves, employee retention, and recruitment. On-call duties may be required. CNA-1 (GNA) certification is required along with a high school diploma or equivalent; prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required. Works in a Full-Time capacity in La Plata, MD for a healthcare provider committed to equal opportunity.
