Job Summary
Develop and coordinate resident care staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels in clinical departments. Coordinate scheduling for nursing services, plan staff assignments for nursing units, and distribute personnel appropriately throughout the facility. Ensure all staffing meets state and federal regulations while maintaining objective scheduling practices. Requires active CNA certification, one year of LTC/SNF experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
- Minimum of one year of LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
