Job Summary
Staffing Coordinator position focused on managing nursing staff schedules (daily, weekly, monthly) to ensure adequate coverage for shifts, vacations, and leave requests. Responsibilities include generating daily staffing reports to meet Per Patient Day (PPD) requirements, verifying attendance and hours, coordinating with Admissions on census changes, preparing and submitting nursing hours reports for leadership review, and implementing staffing strategies to improve patient care and employee satisfaction. Requires high school diploma or equivalent (Associate's preferred) and 1+ year healthcare staffing coordination experience; proficient with scheduling software and Microsoft Office; strong organizational and multitasking abilities; opportunity to earn competitive salary with benefits and flexible scheduling options.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's Degree preferred (optional)
