Job Summary
Part-time Staffing Coordinator who partners with operations to support event scheduling, utilizing an event template and call list to coordinate staffing before and during events. Responsible for ensuring schedules comply with the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and wage/hour requirements in the component handbook and CA wage and hour laws; maintaining attendance records, seniority lists, and call logs; serving as the main point of contact for contingent workers; managing uniforms and name tags inventory; handling timekeeping and absentee/attendance documentation, and coordinating with managers on compliance with wage-and-hour guidelines. Provides basic administrative support and collaborates with managers to ensure meal periods and other wage/hour requirements are followed. Prior administrative experience and proficiency with MS Office are preferred, along with strong communication and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Frequent repetitive motions with hands/arms (physical demand)
