Job Summary
Facilitate client-specific processes and requests, including orientations, while forecasting candidate pool needs to ensure preparedness. Cultivate a positive working environment by acting as the first level of conflict resolution for onsite issues and ensuring compliance with safety regulations for both the client and Accurate. Correspond with payroll and management for reporting and submittals, and track time and attendance for temporary employees using the onsite system. Communicate staffing needs and volume to the branch. Daytime Monday through Friday schedule with occasional weekend availability.
Desired Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience within staffing industry or administrative experience
- Bilingual abilities (English & Spanish)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities and enjoy problem-solving
- Experience with Avionte BOLD
