Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for Caregivers, coordinating schedules, filling open shifts, and managing PTO while handling emergency callouts with little notice. Conduct weekly roster meetings, field visits to monitor staff, and review timesheets to ensure clock-in/out compliance. Update clients on schedule changes and complete virtual visits to Total Care Solutions clients. Assist with recruitment by interviewing candidates, facilitating orientation, collecting onboarding documents, and running background checks. Lead annual performance reviews and mentor new hires to ensure they receive a case and exceed 90-day retention goals. Requires a Bachelor's degree or three years of customer service experience, with on-call rotation approximately once a month.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline
- 3 years of consultative customer service experience
- Previous scheduling experience
- CHHA license
- Organized
