Job Summary
Experienced Staffing Analyst to support the Skills Enhancement Centers team located in Everett, WA. Responsibilities include assessing processes against standards, analyzing and interpreting data, providing stakeholder feedback, and communicating across management levels. Develops strategies, plans, and metrics using Lean methodologies to improve operational efficiency and supports implementation of these plans. Requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and ability to coordinate resources to enhance efficiency; shift primarily first shift with potential additional hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- 1+ year of experience working with cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Experience presenting information to senior leadership
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis
- Strong data analytical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- 1+ year of experience working with cross-functional teams
- 3+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication
