Job Summary
Salesperson to drive business development for a light industrial staffing firm in Houston. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, identify and pursue new business opportunities, cold call and network to schedule meetings, and develop sales strategies to meet targets. Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure client job orders are filled promptly, with occasional sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates. Manage client accounts, ensure ongoing communication and satisfaction, and support general office tasks as needed. Requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; able to travel throughout Houston for client meetings; proficient in Microsoft Office; self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in staffing, recruiting, or a related field is preferred.
