Staffing Agency Salesperson

Job Summary
Salesperson role within a staffing agency focused on light industrial staffing. Responsibilities include driving business development and client relationship management, cold calling and networking to generate new opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets, managing client accounts, coordinating with recruiting to fulfill orders, and occasional recruiting support such as sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and travel throughout Charleston and surrounding areas. Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in staffing, recruiting, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Charleston and surrounding areas
