Job Summary
Staff role responsible for preparing banquet rooms for planned events, serving food and beverages at all planned events, assisting in all events the Entertainment department is responsible for, and participating in various training activities. Work with all departments to create a lively and professional venue for casino customers and entertainers. Will need to work flexible hours, attend staff meetings and required trainings, and comply with policies and procedures. All other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be honest and trustworthy.
- Must have strong customer service skills.
- Must be people friendly.
- Must be a team-player and team-builder.
- Must maintain confidentiality.
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
- Must be dependable, reliable, and able to work alternating shifts including peak hours, promotions, holidays, and weekends
- Must be 18 at time of hire.
- Must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization during the employment verification process.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test.
- Must have a valid Wyoming Driver’s License
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
