Staff Water / Wastewater Engineer

Job Summary
Conduct engineering work in water and wastewater treatment plants and conveyance systems while performing planning and design projects. Prepare reports, develop plans and specifications, and generate cost estimates for various water and wastewater projects. Execute hydraulic modeling and manage permitting through the preparation of technical memoranda, reports, and electronic deliverables. Provide engineering services during construction and participate in field activities such as pilot testing. Perform data entry and analysis to support project delivery. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil or environmental engineering, PE registration, and five years of experience in municipal water and wastewater treatment plants and conveyance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental Engineering
- Registration as a Professional Engineer or Engineer in Training
- 5+ years of experience in water and wastewater treatment plants (WTP/WWTP) and conveyance
- Experience with large diameter pipelines
- Strong design of Water/Wastewater Conveyance or treatment plants for municipal clients
- Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
