Job Summary
Staff UX Researcher leading global DSCX UX research roadmap across digital, websites, web portals, and customer care experiences; designs and executes complex qualitative and quantitative studies; mentors other researchers; partners with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Marketing) to inform strategy; ensures regulatory and privacy compliance; delivers clear research reports and compelling narratives to influence product decisions in diabetes/healthcare contexts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, or a related field
- 7+ years of professional UX research experience
- Familiarity with IT systems and experience in medical, healthcare, and/or diabetes-related domains
- Strong experience conducting primary research using both qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability testing)
- Proficiency using design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, AI) to support research planning and synthesis
