Job Summary
Lead the PWDR program and scale our UX research across product teams, providing methodological rigor, guardrails for AI-enhanced research, and strategic oversight. Serve as a design leadership consultant for cross-product research, synthesize customer and user journeys, and guide lean vs. rigorous methodologies. Coordinate on-site research in U.S. schools with travel up to 20%, coach designers and product triads to conduct high-quality tactical UX research (qual and quant), and ensure ethical, grounded outputs in collaboration with stakeholders. Requires deep expertise in research methods, Responsible AI fluency, and the ability to build scalable templates and playbooks that improve velocity and quality within a mission-driven, education-focused nonprofit environment. Portfolio submission is required.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of UX research experience in complex enterprise software or SaaS environments
