Job Summary
Remote, full-time trauma therapist role delivering high-fidelity CPT and other evidence-based psychotherapies for PTSD within a national, survivor- and clinician-led virtual clinic. Responsibilities include comprehensive intake/assessment, triage to intensive programs, conducting 26 hours/week of face-to-face clinical sessions, group facilitation (e.g., DBT skills groups), care coordination, meticulous documentation, and participating in program development and ongoing supervision. Requires active licensure in NY/NJ/MA/CA with willingness to cross-license in up to 10 states; PhD/PsyD or licensed Master’s-level clinician (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC/LPC, etc.) with strong clinical track record. Preferred CPT certification, trauma-focused training, supervisory/management experience, and capability to work within a fast-paced digital health environment. Salary range: $90,000–$110,000, plus benefits and PTO; remote and nationwide coverage with flexible scheduling to accommodate national patient availability.
Required Qualifications
- Active independent clinical license in NY, NJ, MA, or CA
- Therapists must be willing to be cross-licensed in up to 10 states
- PhD or PsyD with at least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience, OR independently licensed Master’s-level clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, etc.) with a strong clinical track record.
