Job Summary
RN-based Staff Training and Development Coordinator responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, tracking, and evaluating education and leadership development programs across Supportive Living including Transitional Care, Complete Living Care, and Assisted Living; ensures regulatory compliance with federal/state VMRC standards and CMS regulations; delivers education via e-learning, classroom, clinical settings, one-on-one, or video/teleconference; serves as primary instructor for Nurse Aide Training and Registered Medication Aide programs; oversees orientation/onboarding, mandatory in-services, professional development, and staff education plans; collaborates with nursing leadership and program directors to build and evaluate education initiatives, manage budgets, and drive staff development aligned with VMRC mission, vision, and values; requires strong leadership, curriculum development, change management, and adult-learning capabilities; 3-5 years RN experience and strong compliance focus; location Harrisonburg, VA (US).
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 3-5 years experience
- Virginia State-licensed RN
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
