Job Summary
Cook traditional Chinese dumplings and noodles, assist in food preparation, and maintain kitchen cleanliness to ensure smooth culinary operations. Support the overall hospitality experience for guests while learning multiple stations throughout the restaurant. This role requires a passion for food service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will maintain attention to detail and demonstrate flexibility to work split shifts and weekends. At Three Fold, you will contribute to cultivating a taste for authentic food made with high-quality, fresh ingredients, drawing on traditions from Northeast China and street vendors.
