Job Summary
Define and deploy manufacturing test strategy across internal sites and Contract Manufacturing partners, establishing global standards for test coverage and effectiveness. Lead development of manufacturing test solutions including ICT, flying probe, functional, and system-level tests while integrating Design for Testability principles. Assess external partner capabilities, support manufacturing transfers, and drive test automation initiatives through ATE and data analytics to improve first-pass yield. Evaluate throughput constraints and optimize test footprints to enhance scalability and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering or related technical discipline
- 10+ years of manufacturing, Test engineering, Automated test systems development and integration
- Demonstrated experience in Test coverage analysis
- Demonstrated experience in Test systems Development
- Demonstrated experience in Electronics Test manufacturing (PCBA)
- Demonstrated experience in Mechanical and electromechanical Test operations
- Demonstrated experience in Cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering or related fields
- Experience within regulated industries: Life Sciences and/or Medical Devices
- Experience with Complex Test HLA/TLA assembly (High Mix/Low volume)
- Experience with Test Sw coverage analysis ex. TESTWAY and/or equivalent
- Experience with TEST vision systems
- Experience with ICT, FCT HLA and TLA, System level test, DFT, Test automation and test Data analytics
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with SAP
- Experience leading global Test manufacturing transformation programs
