Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement cost-effective testing and troubleshooting methods for analog and mixed-signal power management semiconductor products. Prepare diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment, and establish specifications for new product development. Sustain and drive continuous improvement in production test across multiple products while leading engineers on multisite test techniques using Teradyne Eagle ETS-88 or ETS-364 systems. Requires 12 years of semiconductor test engineering experience with C++ programming and DFT responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 12 years semiconductor Test Engineering experience
- analog-mixed signal products
- DFT and test plan responsibility
- production support

- C/C++ knowledge
- statistical methods of tester and program comparisons
- Teradyne Eagle ETS-88 or ETS-364 experience
- multisite test coding and debug
- BSEE or equivalent education

- skills with regards to software C++ programming, computer hardware, and networking as related to semiconductor ATE systems
- Ability to lead and train engineers on multisite test techniques and data handling
