Job Summary
Experienced verification engineer for Archer's Flight Controls System team. Design and execute requirements-based tests for the eVTOL Flight Control System; verify integration with avionics, power distribution, and engines; ensure compliance with FAA/DoD standards and aircraft certification requirements; produce technical reports detailing test results; collaborate to correlate test results with analyses and predictions.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of experience in a related field
- Experience with requirements based testing (ARP4754A, DO-178C)
- Background with Polarion, DOORS or similar tools
- Excellent technical writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
