Job Summary
Spearhead module-level test development by designing automation frameworks, implementing advanced test strategies, and leading a team of engineers. Develop system test programs to stress and screen dies while analyzing results to debug issues and correlate process weak spots with performance data. Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize processes, establish best practices, and drive continuous improvement in test methodologies. Represent the team in high-level technical discussions and contribute to organizational standards. Requires 10+ years of semiconductor test experience, expertise in Java and C++, and strong leadership skills. Located in Batu Kawan, Malaysia, this role supports Sandisk's global Flash memory innovation and manufacturing capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in test development engineering, with a focus on module-level testing
- +7 years of semiconductor test, device, FA or related field experience
- Advanced knowledge of test development methodologies and best practices
- Expertise in programming languages such as Java and C++
- Understanding basic behavior of semiconductor memory
- Proven experience with test automation frameworks and tools
- In-depth understanding of the semiconductor or electronics industry
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in test development
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Development of System test program to stress, screen dies
- Data analysis to debug test program and analyze correlation between process weak spot and test results
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant certifications in test engineering (e.g., ISTQB Advanced Level)
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Skill to code in either of C / C++ / C# / Java
- NAND flash memory testing experience
- Knowledge of NAND flash device
