Job Summary
Conduct deep talent mapping, competitive analysis, and workforce intelligence research to uncover high-value engineering talent for human-rated space systems. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and AI-powered platforms, to identify passive candidates across niche technical disciplines. Create and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates while initiating creative engagement through personalized outreach and initial screenings. Educate hiring managers and executives on market realities, sourcing strategies, and best practices to influence complex hiring decisions. Proactively own projects ranging from executive searches to process redesigns, while mentoring peers and implementing recruiting best practices across the team.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of technical sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience
- demonstrated track record of filling senior, niche, and executive-level engineering roles
- Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter
- advanced Boolean search
- AI-powered sourcing and talent intelligence platforms
- Demonstrated ability to source candidates across highly technical disciplines
- Proven experience mentoring or informally leading other sourcers or recruiters

- Strong data literacy

- Background in organizing recruiting events, sourcing jams, or structured team learning programs
- must either be a 'U.S. person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.62 or otherwise eligible for deemed export licensing
