Staff Technical Project Manager

Job Summary
Own the design and execution of end-to-end projects in the Commercial ecosystem, integrating and optimizing Salesforce, CPQ, Customer Portal, and pricing platforms. Collaborate with business partners and technology leadership to specify requirements, define execution plans, and manage external vendors while balancing feature development, technical debt, and defect resolution. Lead the Scrum team through the development lifecycle, enforce coding standards, and mentor developers to ensure security, data integrity, and performance. Drive technology strategy aligned with business needs, optimize processes within Salesforce and CPQ environments, and track outcomes against service level metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- English fluent communication skills
- 6+ years of experience in software development and technical product management
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (Lightning, Apex, Integrations)
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, ServiceMax, Oracle CPQ, or PROS)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional technical projects in a global organization
- Commercial Domain Expertise: Lead solution design integrating CRM with CPQ engines (e.g., Oracle CPQ), Customer Portal, Pricing platforms to support global pricing, quoting, and order management
- Experience working with others on a global basis
- PMP, ScrumMaster or related Project Management certifications
